Job Description

  • Lead the Sales function and direct the daily operations.
  • Collaborate with the supervising manager to implement Sales and Service strategies.
  • Responsible for all sales activities and achieving KPIs and monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including branches, for ongoing business development.
  • Analyze potential and existing customers to establish strong relationships.
  • Report to the manager and execute assigned tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • At least (3) years of progressive experience in related field.
  • Experience in leading and managing a sales team.
  • Any graduate but must hold professional certificate in Sales Management or Business Management.
  • Accountability, Accuracy, Punctuality, Attention to detail & Adaptability (ability to work under pressure).
  • Effective managerial skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skill, strong leadership and good interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability in the implementation of successful Sales Strategies.
