  1. Design and develop automotive systems and components, such as engines, transmissions, suspension systems, electrical systems, and fuel systems.
  2. Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in existing automotive technologies and propose innovative solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that automotive systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Oversee the testing and validation of automotive systems and components to ensure their reliability, durability, and compliance with industry standards.
  5. Stay updated with the latest advancements in automotive technology, industry trends, and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to enhance product designs.
  6. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed technical drawings and specifications for automotive components and systems.
  7. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials and components for automotive manufacturing.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of automotive systems and components through the use of simulation tools, real-world testing, and data analysis.
  9. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision to ensure the quality and reliability of automotive systems and components.
  10. Participate in design review meetings to provide technical expertise and recommendations for improving designs and resolving engineering challenges.
  11. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure the smooth production of automotive systems and components, troubleshoot any manufacturing issues, and suggest process improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in automotive engineering, preferably in the design and development of automotive systems and components..
  • Professional certifications or licenses in automotive engineering are a plus.
  • Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) softwar.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • English proficency and Chinense is plus.
