Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, tender preparation, or project bidding (experience in engineering/construction industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of tendering processes, contract terms, and proposal documentation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant tender management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
