Job Description

Plan and develop project scope and detailed project plans.
Create, lead, and motivate project teams to achieve objectives.
Monitor project progress, control the master schedule, and set realistic deadlines.
Prepare and submit weekly project management reports.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Resolve obstacles and issues in collaboration with contractors and related parties.
Issue timely project management instructions and site memos based on requirements.
Provide technical advice and guidance in line with project scope.
Evaluate overall project performance and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and resources as needed.
Ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes and expected benefits.
Oversee day-to-day project management across scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources.
Ensure work is completed to the right standards, within timeline and budget.
Establish project plans in consultation with business users and developers.
Manage and update project schedules and milestones.
Coordinate across architectural, structural, and MEP scopes to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (PMP certification is a plus).
Minimum 7+ years managing end-to-end construction projects (high-rise, healthcare, residential, industrial, infrastructure, renovations).
Expertise in project scheduling, cost and budget management, contract administration, QA/QC, construction methods & materials, building codes & permits, and coordination with Architectural & MEP works.
Strong leadership with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability in problem-solving, decision-making, time management, attention to detail, and risk management.
