Responsible to support assist Service Quality and Back-office Manager to manage overall Expansion plans and support the centres with back office operational support. This role is also responsible for talent management and spoc for all technical issues in ops management.Supervise the project center network and development plan of the assigned supervisor by coordinating with related VCs and teams, such as IT, DPS, Network, Marketing, HR, Property, Bank territory Leads (regional, branch managers), etc.

  • Support new team members on all aspects of delivering the Centre operating.
  • Work with Ops team closely to plan old center closure and new center opening.
  • Make sure to support formal trainings, workshops, orientations, and/or technical assistance for the key personnel of each KBZPay Centers.
  • Coordinate with HR and Ops for (hiring, resignation, termination) of center staff/ Business Unit Staff (Ops and support staffs) on time without any service gap.
  • Support center admin cost and provide feedback to ops team to control.
  • Support all centers for all hardware/software/id management, other technical issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolution. (Spoc for centers).
  • Undertake task for cost efficient with technical/operational upgradation.
  • Maintain all non-revenue reports for centers and highlight irregular patterns.
  • Creating and presenting regular reports to Line Manager on daily basis.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to perform every other duty as assigned.
  • Can perform as Team Lead as Center or Event on special occasion.
  • Make business trip locally for required new center set up when necessary.
  • Handle device requirement of the center with SDS, Delivering of Uniform to the center and handle of back-office work.

  • Recognized degree (preferably in Business Management, Business Administration)
  • Minimum 3 years in Supervisor Level

  • Relevant Experience in project Supervisory and customer service
