Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Provide professional insurance advice to customers as well as ensure strong cross- selling of existing & new products to existing and new clients
  • Maintain effectively liaison with all relevant business units in the department as part of the overall partner engagement strategy
  • Coordinate and communicate between the bank and insurance company to smooth customer onboarding process
  • Assist customers in choosing the most appropriate financial products
  • Conduct awareness program to customers for banking and insurance policies for smooth operations
  • Ensure to provide excellent customer service in before & after sale services 
  • Coordinate with branches to identify potential customers for selling of insurance products
  • Continuously monitor sales and performance of assigned branches
  • Support and drive to branch staffs to achieve set targets while inspiring success
  • Able to achieve sales target and KPI for monthly, quarterly and yearly

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree but prefer in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Banking and insurance industry with product sales knowledge
  • Sound market knowledge about the latest banking and insurance products
  • Ability of management skills, internal personal skills and customer service
  • Result driven with a track record of demonstrable networking, selling and influencing skills as well as ability to identify new opportunities
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, Word and Excel
  • Good command in English Language
