An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Check & analyze bar menu
  2. Plan, organize, and control the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar
  3. Ensure that all Bar equipment is in good working order
  4. Advance planning of Bar activities and stock for a week or month ahead
  5. Check & assist in cash handling procedures
  6. Give regular feedback to F&B Manager on stock control, stock to cash ratios, weekly / monthly stock figures
  7. Order or requisition liquors and supplies
  8. Must take responsibility on alcohol license, update & show it to government department if check

  1. At least 1-year experience in related field
  2. Analysis, Customer Service and selling skill, Detail Job Handling
  3. Planning, Teamwork, Influence Others, Communication, Follow Up
  4. Need to know basic English 4 skills
  5. Need to understand all bar section operation
