  • A bellman must be available at the main gate at all times.
  • Offer assistance opening car doors on arrival.
  • Greet the guest in a polite & friendly manner using the hotel name.
  • Offer assistance with luggage and provide guest with a luggage tag.
  • Introduce them to the Reception.
  • Keep the entrance of the hotel clean and free of any debris.
  • Manage the traffic at the main gate.
  • Check buggy maintain and clean all the times if needs for operation.
  • Complete rooming, point out outlets, orientation to guest about hotel.
  • Offer in room orientation.
  • Assist to hotel visitor an inspection to make that sale point for hotel.
  • Assist operation for smooth with front desk /Receptionist.
  • All luggage needs to arrive at the guest room within 10 minutes of check-in.
  • Knock lightly bell ring on the door.
  • Greet the guest in a polite & friendly manner.
  • Use the guest's name at least once during the interaction is better.
  • Place the luggage on the luggage rack/bench.
  • Offer to hang the suit carrier/coat.
  • Say Thanks to guest for staying   and wish for enjoy at hotel.
  • If reception pass to alert carry needs to go guests room within 10 Minutes.
  • Luggage need to be collected within 10 minutes of telephone request.
  • Confirm number of pieces to be collected and offer a luggage tag to the guest.
  • Check if guest requires any form of transport.
  • Be attentive to the guest needs at all times & offer any additional service before departing.
  • Responsible for carrying out the given duties in a helpful and reliable way according to the SOP's.
  • Supervise of the bell team and maintain buggy workable.
  • Organize and work as a team.
  • Dress in a clean, pressed and complete uniform.
  • Wear shoes of corporate standards.
  • Wear name badges at all time.
  • Be properly groomed.
  • Maintain eye contact with the guest.
  • Smile and exhibit a friendly manner.
  • Have a good working knowledge of the English language.
  • Respect guests presence when interacting with other colleagues.
  • Be attentive to the guest's needs at all times.
  • Ensure messages, mails, parcels & newspapers are delivered to guests & staff without delay.
  • Attend department briefings.
  • Escort the guest & show facilities in the room.
  • To ensure all stationary and technical equipment are kept in good condition.
  • To ensure tidiness in all areas within the department at all times.
  • Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing other relevant duties as assigned.
  • Providing guests with up to date hotel and tourist information/Ministerial Office.
  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • To provide security and privacy of guests by keeping all guest's information confidential unless instructed otherwise.
  • Handling & storing of guest property with care to ensure guest property is not damaged.
  • Need s to Check buggy workable and maintain  and clean at all the time .
  • Planning and delegating immediate operations, such as bag pulls, deliveries, and VIP transportation services for the prompt and efficient servicing of guests.
  • Need to Buggy charge to battery are need or not/Good communication with M& E to maintain for buggy workable.
  • To provide information in a helpful manner, maintaining the good reputation of the hotel.
  • Improving hotel's profitability by ensuring correct and efficient service.
  • Having a good working relationship with colleagues of all departments.
  • Be understanding supportive encouraging and helpful to superiors.
