Job Description

-        Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes

-        Month-end closing of the billing group information

-        Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes

-        Special program/billing planning and implementation

-        Assist with the implementation of a new billing system

-        Leading Billing Department to run billing process smoothly.

-        Manage for reducing bad debt (%) and increasing revenue (%).

-        Handling Bill complaints solving process to get satisfaction of customers and to build customer trusted about billing issue.

-        Co-ordinate with all departments for streamlining effective billing processes across multiple markets.

-        Lead billing team as a strong and effective team by helping each other.

-        Prepare the monthly summary of Aging report, Collection report, Sales report and Customer report sent to Management in order to decide successful business strategy.

-        Do other tasks assign by Management.

-        Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/business management preferred

-        At least 5 years’ experience in Billing Section Management Role

-        Proven ability to perform strategic planning and priority setting for a billing department

-        Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate direct reports

-        Detail oriented with an Accounting background

-        Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills

-        Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

-        Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
