Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Well prepare boilers, feed water system and fuel system in order to start up boilers timely
  • Check and record steam production, steam pressure and utility consumption every hour.
  • Check and record fuel usage to find steam production efficiency of the boiler.
  • Analyze water results for the pH value of water used in steam production.
  • Check the boiler safety device according to the time period specified daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
  • Controlling the combustion of fuel, the O2 value is within the specified range. Without causing black smoke.
  • Check the moisture content of the fuel in the specified value.
  • Examine detailed drawings or specifications to find out job, material and equipment requirements
  • Assist to monitor other utility machines such as Air Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Generators, sewage pumps, etc.
  • Assist to control spare parts store in night shifts
  • Provide reliable steam supply to production to meet output targets
  • Follow PPE rule
  • Timely perform preventive maintenance
  • Energy cost saving
  • Zero accident
  • Follow COC, safety rules and practice at all times
  • Follow the standards of food safety, ISO, GMP, Halal and other.

Job Requirements

  • Certificate of boiler operation only with working experience. Preferable diploma holder in engineering or science.
  • Experienced in industrial boiler operation and maintenance more than 3 years.
  • Positive thinking, Good coordination, No aggressiveness.
  • Good team player
  • Basic English skill (Reading / Speaking / Writing / Listening)
  • Ability to work either of the 12 hour shift, 6AM to 6PM or 6PM to 6AM
  • Able to follow company’s SHE and GMP rules at all times.
  • Ability to work overtime
