  • Market intelligence, dynamic customer journey touchpoint analysis and customer insights.
  • Medical Services mapping of big issues & opportunities in close cooperation with the respective Line Leaders.
  • Coordinated Medical Services campaigns (prevention education – symptoms awareness – treatment branding – follow-up healing branding) planning, execution, and KPI tracking.
  • Deliver updated material for doctor profiles, service packages and transparent price communication off- and online.
  • Coordinate CSR events and coordination for high impact, and external and internal brand building and engagement.
  • Manage consistent and updated branding across all business entities and locations.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in writing, editing skills in Myanmar & English. (Ability to write and speak in Burmese as well is preferred).
  • Creative and has strong common sense
  • Strategic and analytical
  • Strong relationship with media
  • Able to active branding and marketing campaigns 
  • At least 3 years work experience in a management role in communications/creative background.
  • Experience in strategic planning, result-oriented based management and reporting.
  • Experience developing and executing a communications strategy.
  • Ability to work effectively in conflict situations and under pressure.
  • Metric and ROI focused.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills
