  • မိမိလုပ်ငန်းနဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်တဲ့ motion graphic software များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုပြီးပရောဂျက်လိုအပ်ချက်ကို ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်။ 
  • Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects နှင့် Adobe Premiere Pro , C4D အစရှိတဲ့ software များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပြီး လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်များကိုဖြည့်ဆည်းပေးရမည်။
  • Design Theory,Design concept များကိုနားလည်သိရှိရမည်။ 
  • Creative graphic contents များကို ကိုယ်ပိုင်စိတ်ကူးဉာဏ်ဖြင့် ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ ရေးဆွဲပေးနိုင်ရမည်။ 
  • ပေးအပ်သည့်တာဝန်များကို အချိန်မှီပြီးစီးအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။ 
  •  အလုပ်အပ်နှံသူများ၏လိုအပ်ချက်အရ ပြင်ဆင်စရာရှိသည်များကို စိတ်ကျေနပ်သည်အထိ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။

  • ကုမ္ပဏီမှာရေရှည်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူကိုဦးစားပေးပါမည်။ 
  • အခြေခံအထက်တန်းကျောင်းပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • ကျား/မ မရွေး ၊ အသက်အကန့်အသတ်မရှိ ၊ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကိုဦးစားပေးပါမည်။
  • မီဒီယာလုပ်ငန်း၏သဘောသဘာဝ၊တွေးခေါ်မှုနှင့်ယဥ်ကျေးကို ကြိုက်နှစ်သက်ပြီး လက်တွေ့အကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။    
  • လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်နှင့်ဆက်စပ်သည့်ပညာရပ်များကို အမြဲလေ့လာသင်ယူလိုသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။ 
  • စိတ်ရှည်ဖော်ရွေပျူငှာ၍ အဖွဲ့အစည်းဖြင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ပြီး လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်များအရ အချိန်မီအလုပ်ပြီးစီးခြင်း၊ ရုံးချိန်ပြင်ပနှင့်အစိုးရရုံးပိတ်ရက်များတွင်လည်း လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
