- Drives the cross-functional core team to get solid analysis and inputs in the business planning process
"Activity Planning"
- Initiates and proposes campaigns and activities for management’s buy-in and approval
- Executes, monitors and evaluates campaigns and activities assistance from cross functional team both internal and external i.e. Marketing & Communication Supports, CCSD,
Application Group, Supply Chain, F&C, communication partners.
"Execution"
- Responsible for PFME control (commitment, accrual, actual)
- Promotion pre/post evaluation
- POP/Premium stock control
- Provides sound inputs into the demand planning process
