PRISMM Co Ltd (PRemium International Spirits MyanMar) is a local company created to be exclusively importing, distributing, and marketing Pernod Ricard's international spirits brands, including Chivas, Ballantine's, Absolut, The Glenlivet, Martell. PRISMM marries local distribution expertise to international leading brands and marketing practices: it will benefit from the local support, infrastructures and market expertise of Seagram Myanmar and Win Brothers Co Ltd, and from the guidance on international marketing of spirits brands by Pernod Ricard.

Summary of Job :

  • The Brand Manager is responsible for formulating the brand strategies of all Pernod Ricard spirits brands and for leading the execution to achieve brand objectives both by volume and profit and by efficient utilization of defined brand budgets.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for building strong passion brands in Myanmar, through designing and implementing Brand Strategies and Consumer Engagement Plans Through the Line, with the key objectives of:
    • Growing Top of Mind on Chivas 12
    • Accelerating the recruitment of Millennials to Ballantine’s Finest and Absolut
    • Building Ultra-Premium & Prestige Growth Relay brands
  • The incumbent will have to work in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders: agencies, trade (outlets, wholesalers), sales team and marketing teams from other BU’s in the group (regional HQ, brand companies).

Job Description:

  • Leverage different sources to understand category, consumer and customer needs, trends and behaviors, generate actionable insights, and share effectively with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop annual plan based on relevant consumer insights and in-depth competitor understanding and lead the implementation.
  • Obtain endorsement on plans and formulate relevant KPIs to track performance.
  • Lead implementation of local activations and promotions, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. brand companies, sales teams, etc) and external agencies for effective and timely implementation of all activities.
  • Lead creation of sales support materials, design activation and promotion plans
  • Support the adaptation of content for local assets (including social brand pages) from various internal sources (my brand, brand companies, other marketing teams in the region) making sure these are aligned with global brand guidelines

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years working experience
  • Experience in liquor or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Burmese
  • Excellent command of Excel and Proficient with PowerPoint
  • Familiar with database and softwares
