Oversee all Brand Marketing Functions:

• Be accountable for the development, communication and execution of key marketing tasks and deliver solutions that make more outlets want to sell & more people want to hang out with MBE’s brands and drive the brand’s growth together with profitability and market share into the future.

Overall

1. Understand existing alcoholic beverages market structure, trends and customers' needs to maintain current positions, identify new market opportunities, and build a strong sales growth development.
2. Monitor, analyse the top markets/customers in each product segment and develop marketing strategies in alignment with the company objectives.
3. Monitor pricing strategy of the competitors and own brands positioning in the market.
4. Plan the annual marketing budget for each category and brand at national and regional level for the approval of Group MD, MD and Sales & Marketing Director and monitor effective utilization.
5. Ensure regular market visits and prepare market visit reports gathering feedback, issues, untapped opportunities, and other observations. (TBD with MD & Functional Director))
6. Develop annual business plan and segments/ brands growth strategies to deliver new volume and profit growth against overall business objectives, brand visions and financial targets.
7. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop new and/or improved products, brands, packaging, and marketing programs to meet customer/ consumer needs, and ensure clear alignment on the brand architecture, positioning and company growth strategies.

4. Analyse market trends, local competition, business performance and strengthen the existing MBE’s Rum and white liquor brands and check opportunities of new product categories, brands.
5. Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns to increase MBE’s Rum and white liquor brands’ awareness and market share.
6. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of the MBE’s Rum and white liquor brands status and potentials to senior management.
7. Observe and submit Idea for brand, product, and label design alignment to senior management.
8. Collaborate with sales departments to create product sell stories, wholesale/ retail tools, wholesaler/ retailer specific programming and distributor engagement tactics.

9. Work with Finance to maintain accuracy of budget and expenditures to meet financial expectations.

Qualifications (အရည်အချင်းများ)

• Any Gradulated, preferred Master Degree of Marketing related field.
• Minimum experiences of 2-3 years in Brand Marketing. 1-2 years understanding of Sales.
• Manager level experience 3 years & Above 
• Computer literacy 
• Good Communication in English
