Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly Board of Directors (BOD) reports, including slide preparation and detailed analysis of key variances against the approved budget.
  • Prepare monthly performance analysis reports, including Card Performance Analysis, Product P&L Analysis and NPL summaries as assigned.
  • Review monthly Fee Income Analysis and Variance Analysis report as assigned.
  • Review, coordinate, and support quarterly and annual budgeting for assigned departments and divisions.
  • Support consolidated budget planning and long-term financial forecasting.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and project as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting, or a related field (professional qualifications are preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, or management reporting is preferred.
  • Banking or financial services experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, good presentation skills, strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and ownership.
