  1. Receive the invoice and supporting documents from Vendor and check it.
  2. Create the payment slips for the invoice
  3. Check the payment progress for each PO(Purchase Order)
  4. Have a meeting with vendor for the payment progress status and discuss the issues.
  5. Analyze and summarize the payment status , then report the summary to management.

  1. IT degree-holder
  2. At least LCCI I-II certified holder.
  3. Must have accounting-software using work experience.
  4. Must have reporting skill to management level.
