  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure policy renewal and retention.
  • Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or company systems.
  • Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and market activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
  • Work closely with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, and Customer Service teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Sales.
  • Sales techniques and negotiation skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
