  • Partner with business leaders across the group to understand their data needs and translate them into technical specifications for data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models to facilitate efficient data exploration and analysis.
  • Leverage BI tools and techniques (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create visually appealing and interactive reports and dashboards that effectively communicate insights.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data quality, access, and security.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of data governance strategies.
  • Stay current with emerging data analytics trends and technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior BI analysts within the team (if applicable).
  • Any other task as defined by TUMIL Management in line with the employee’s skills and experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4 years and above of experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify the root cause of issues through data analysis.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex data models.
  • Proficiency in BI tools and techniques, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear and concise stories for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
