Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Perform routine monitoring of key performance metrics, including transactions and sales, across the Citizens Pay organization and oversee timely and accurate reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
  2. Business Analytics: Utilize BI tools and excel to build or enhance reporting formats, enhance data quality, and provide deeper insights into performance metrics.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Apply critical thinking to interpret data, identify and extrapolate business and customer behavior trends, and formulate recommendations that drive business growth and improvement
  4. Collaborative and Ad-Hoc Support: Act as a key analytical resource in cross-functional workstreams and ad-hoc projects, providing for performance data, analytics and business insights as required by respective departments, demonstrating flexibility and collaborative problem-solving

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Business, STEM, or related concentration
  2. 2-3 years of relevant experience in business performance and/or data analytics
  3. Proficiency in BI Tools and Excel, including creating dashboards
  4. Proficiency in English and Myanmar
  5. Experience working in fintech, banking, technology or related industry preferred
  6. Strong critical thinking, communications, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interpret trends and data, and communicate insights effectively
  7. Detail oriented
