> Define clear target, purpose and business plan for each campaign to both execute the project and monitor its progress.

> Set KPIs for each campaign, acquire necessary approval and consensus from management and oversee the results.

> Negotiate with relevant departments for their requested campaigns and alignments

> Manage and conduct relevant campaigns, oversee the results for analysing and reporting data and information.

> Manage to execute CVM and BTL campaign by using MCCM system to generate revenue, Create Offer and create Campaign flow chart for CVM and BTL campaigns and MPT Club, configure new campaign. Update the offer for 58 segments CVM campaigns and check campaign flow chart before launch.

> Manage and motivate the team for campaign management and monitoring to get the best benefits. Manage the consultant to proceed skill transfer from consultant to team members.

Job Requirements

> Bachelor Degree ( Engineering)
> MBA/ Master of Engineering is preferable
> Diploma in professional Network Engineering
> MCCM Campaign Configuration
> Strong data analytic skill and Project Management skill
> Strong Computer litercy skill especially in Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools Understanding Campaign
operation, Configuring and checking campaign
> Telecommunication skill (Core Network, Radio Access Network)
> Monitoring , Analyzing Campaign and Reporting
> Ensure User Acceptance Testing offers successfully and deliver on time
