An Exciting Opportunity for ...

The Solution Specialist (i-Banking/m-Banking) is responsible for solution delivery of KBZ internet and mobile banking products.

Provide technical and functional support to execute business plans to deliver exceptional digital experience to clients on the Digital Platforms such us KBZ’s internet and mobile banking.
Provide system support for any operational projects or products.
Support for troubleshooting the operation issues of the banking products.
Coordinate with the Products and Technology teams to develop and test innovative Digital Banking products and solutions.
Conduct UAT and construct Test Case, Testing Report and User Guide.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and related experience.
2-years’ experience in Banking Sector or a related field.
Knowledge and practical experience of Remittance and Online Banking Systems.
Excellent Analytical skills and Critical Thinking.
Ability to work independently to drive the results.
Display a high-level of ownership and superior work ethic.
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
Excellent communication skill and presentation skill (English verbal and written)
