• Follow instructions given by Technical Manager/ Planning Engineer, Engineers, Survey Manager to achieve target on time.
• Collaborate with Engineering/technical team to prepare layouts, plans, drawings, and design in Auto CAD Format e.g.) for Temporary works, Railway and associated bridges and station.
• Liaise and communicate enough with surveyor and/or technical manager to confirm requirements and inputs.
• Ensure design compliance of drafting and engineering standards with consultants as and when required in checking of any associated drawings and documents.
• Revise and update drawings as per instruction, and maintain electronic drawings and hard copies with revision numbers.
• Ensure Tracking and monitoring of engineering and design changes.
• Ensure proper document control and maintain user friendly access to the documents.
• Develop CAD library of previous modification and extension templates to optimize design effort.
• Ensure the highest standards of service are delivered by positive and proactive approach
• Follow exact instructions given by QS Manager to achieve target on time

• Ensure Tracking and monitoring of changes.
• Liaise and communicate enough with Surveyor to keep BOQ up to date.
• Ensure proper document control and maintain user friendly access to the documents.
• Ensure the highest standards of service are delivered by positive and proactive approach
• Coordinate CAD services with administrative staff to ensure all work is completed and submitted for billing on a timely basis
• Assist in creating preliminary bills of materials, quantity estimates, and fabrication drawings for budget estimates.
• Other works given by immediate supervisor

•  University or College Degree
• (Preferable Diploma/Certificate in Auto CAD and/or related specialization)
•  Experienced in the related sector
•  Can work/travel in Myanmar /work outside Yangon
•  No association with gangs or criminal organizations

•  High Level of Proficiency in business level English (TOEIC Score 600 or above)
•  Strong information processing skill
•  Computer IT knowledge: Auto CAD, MS office Applications (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
