Call Centre Leader at a successful E-commerce Company

  • Responsible to train the call centre staff for the best customer service.
  • Up to 1,000,000 MMK and other allowances

About the Company

Our client is a market leading E-commerce company which provides online shopping service to the customers.

The Role

  • Aware of all product information and give product training to call centre staff.
  • Check the ordering process and manage staff not to miss out of any orders.
  • Report to CEO and manage up to 20 staff.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Telecommunications industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other relates qualifications will be advantaged.
  • Intermediate English is a must.
  • Strong in customer service and communications skills.
