FORM Yangon is looking for a trusted Cashier to join our finance department. We are looking for a passionate individual that is enthusiastic about operating our sales system, sending invoices and liasing directly with our clients. The individual should be confident in speaking fluent English, have an open desire to learn and grow in this role.

The Cashier will be responsible for operating our sales system, recording orders
from customers and handling cash. They will need to answer phone calls in both
English and Myanmar and deliver excellent customer service to all our clients and
suppliers.

• Operating our sales system
• Sending invoices
• Collect cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers
• Issue receipts to customers
• Deal with returns and refunds as necessary
• Maintain cash control over register drawer and verify amounts are correct
• Answer customer questions as they arise
• Calculate customer bills through cash register ringing
• Help with other finance and office tasks as needed, such as managing
inventory, developing financial systems, working with other team members

• Fluent in speaking both English and Myanmar
• High level of written English and Myanmar
• High level of mental maths
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and email
• 2 years minimum of a cashing position
• Experience in a sales role
• Experience with a cash register, POS system and laptop
• References to call upon
