Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop on-premise accounts to achieve sales and distribution targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, and other hospitality outlets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Execute sales and promotional activities to increase product visibility and market share.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and business agreements with customers.
  • Ensure proper product availability, merchandising, and brand presentation at outlets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to support business operations.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy account receivables.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in FMCG and beverage field.
  • Experience handling on-premise channels is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
