Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area. Develop and implement area sales plans aligned with company objectives. Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when needed. Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities. Ensure product availability, visibility, and display standards in all outlets. Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activities and customer needs. Manage and support distributors to ensure proper stock levels, timely orders, and effective route coverage. Monitor distributor performance, credit, inventory, and delivery processes. Conduct monthly distributor reviews and set targets. Lead, train, and motivate the Area Sales Executives, Sales Representatives, and Merchandisers. Conduct field coaching and capability development programs. Ensure daily route plans and sales activities are properly executed. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. Prepare sales reports, competitor analysis, and market feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and trade programs.
-Responsible for achieving sales targets and orders to ensure our customers’ need and keeping the reasonable stock and the healthy stock turnover. -According the assigned area to visit our customers/distributors by route. Develop new customers/distributors and search for new opportunities. -Improve the distribution of brands & packages to highlight the key SKUs. -Negotiate with outlets’ owners/distributors for market promotions/activities and implement it accordingly. -Place the right size cooler into the best place of the best outlet according to the annual plan. -Maintain the good condition of coolers accordingly. -Implement the in-outlet merchandising strictly according to the Picture of Success. -Help customers settle issue and maintain the good customers relationship.
Deliver on KPIs relating to brand health and equity, for the purpose of driving sales growth and brands’ share targets. Co-develop the Brand Vision, architecture, and long-term growth strategy Develop and operationalize annual brand plans, leading excellent cross functional execution: Identifies consumer insight, competitor movement, price guidelines, and relevant consumer promotions in close coordination with Trade Marketing and Field Sales to execute a brand and channel development strategy Drive an Integrated Marketing Communication Plan for the Brand and develop relevant materials in line with the Brand VIS for multi-channel use Actively contributing and transforming knowledge and insights into the strategy and ensuring strategies support the category growth ambition Progress innovation projects cross-functionally in line with the overall Brand ambition Brand budget planning, monitoring, and management Manage key relations with ATL, Digital, and Event agencies, and key internal stakeholders within EAC Coach and develop an Assistant Brand Manager / Brand Assistant

Ensure accuracy and clarity when translating technical terms and instructions. Maintain confidentiality of internal documents and communication. May require overtime or weekend support during peak production or urgent projects. Close coordination with Chinese experts, production team, and factory management.
