The Chief Accountant supports Senior Finance manager to engage in financial analysis in such areas as forecasting, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance and additional analysis responsibilities that include support of the management team in a variety of operational decisions.

• Handle the full set of accounting functions accurately and efficiently.
• Review daily sales DO, invoices, and journal entries.
• Properly maintain the fixed assets register, including capitalization and depreciation.
• Review payment vouchers to ensure complete and accurate supporting documentation.
• Monitor and analyze head office and sales center expenditures.
• Prepare monthly sales reports for management meetings.
• Review weekly and monthly accounts receivable (AR) reports and follow up with the Sales & Marketing team.
• Perform effectively in a deadline-driven work environment.
• Motivate and support team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce; ACCA, CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field; experience in a trading environment is preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Solid knowledge of financial management, control, and reporting.
• Experience with accounting software and advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
• Demonstrated consistency, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
