Job Description

Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Maintain proper accounting records in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and healthcare regulatory requirements.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with healthcare sector-specific financial regulations, tax laws, and internal audit requirements.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities related to hospital/medical services, pharmaceuticals, or equipment.
Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management.
Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Implement and improve internal control systems to safeguard the company’s assets.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as B.Com CPA, ACCA,( Preferred ).
Strong experience from related field ( up to 5 years experience as Chief Account Role, Medical field
Strong knowledge of finance regulations, standards, and best practices.
Strong knowledge of government tender projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Myanmar Accounting Standards ,Costing, Taxation, and Corporate Government .
Excellent accounting and reporting skills
Good at English ( 4 skills)
Good in Computing skills
Can management Team members
Must be able to actively carry out assigned jobs
