Job Summary
Green Nature Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Chief Accountant (Female Only) to oversee accounting operations, strengthen financial controls, and support accurate reporting for our manufacturing business in Hlaingtharya, Yangon.

Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger activities, and month-end closing processes.
● Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules on time.
● Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, payables, receivables, and fixed asset records.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
● Review journal entries, cost records, and inventory-related accounts for manufacturing operations.
● Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external authorities for reporting and audits.
● Improve internal controls, accounting procedures, and documentation for financial accuracy.
● Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to assist management decisions.

● Female only, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Strong experience in accounting or finance, preferably in garment, textile, or manufacturing.
● Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax matters, and financial reporting.
● Proven ability to lead accounting tasks, month-end closing, and audit preparation.
● Good understanding of cost accounting, inventory control, and cash management.
● Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
● Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling financial data.
● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Based in or willing to work in Hlaingtharya, Yangon.
