Job Description

Checking Financial Cash Flow
Checking Journal Entries
Monthly Financial Statement
Daily Cash Payment & Preparing Debit Note
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget execution reports
Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions
Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Manage and oversee the entire accounting team
Conduct all necessary training to keep the team's skills and knowledge up to date
Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled
Review corporate and personal income tax returns to ensure accuracy
Monitor and mentor/train junior staff, clerks, and cashier.
Detect and address potential compliance issues proactively
Maintain compliance with all regulations at all times
Uphold the excellent reputation of our organization.
Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals
Other financial management duties assigned by the head of Finance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
LCCI III/ DIF IFR/ ACCA Part I
Five or more years of experience on Chief Accountant position.
Minimum 7 years' experience in accounting field.
Ability to work in a multicultural diverse environment and under pressure
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision
Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
Expertise working with Quickbooks and financial statements
Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details
Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers
Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Outstanding phone and email etiquette
