Job Description

Maintain Full sets of accounts
Prepare all the financial documents (e.g invoices, debit notes, credit notes, etc)
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing
Prepare financial statements and support schedules
Manage accounts/finance assistants and bookkeepers
Ability to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and management reports, ensure compliance with all accounting, tax statutory, legislative requirements
Prepare submission of weekly withholding tax, monthly commercial tax and quarterly income tax filing
Assist with audit, tax filing and other compliance matters
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Provide support to internal departments to meet corporate objectives
Liaise with both internal and external parties if necessary
Perform finance-related admin tasks, including filing
Perform ad-hoc duties if necessary
