1. Develop and oversee internal audit, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
2. Lead the internal audit team in planning, executing, and reporting on audit activities across all departments.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance process, and policies.
4. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure corrective actions are taken.
5. Provide independence assurance to BOD and senior management regarding organizational risks and controls.
6. Collaborate with external auditor and regulatory bodies as necessary.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields (Master's Degree Preferred)
- Professional Certificate such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA, or equivalent
-Proven experience in Internal Audit (8 years +), with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in senior or managerial roles.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Leadership skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
