Manage the CEO’s calendar — schedule meetings, appointments, and travel while effectively handling potential conflicts.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Organize and coordinate internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure seamless follow-through.
Arrange travel logistics: flights, accommodation, ground transport, and itinerary planning.
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare professional documents including reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
Review and organize operational instruments and related materials for CEO approval.
Support the CEO with special projects, initiatives, and urgent tasks.
Track and manage CEO’s expenses and prepare detailed expense reports.
Provide general office support, including managing key communications.
Act as liaison between the CEO, board members, and high-level partners.
Proactively identify and solve issues to ensure smooth executive operations.
Assist in handling personal or family-related matters of the CEO when required.

Job Requirements
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred: Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Burmese.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant software tools.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and perform well under pressure.
Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or executive environment.
