Job Description

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar — schedule meetings, appointments, and travel while effectively handling potential conflicts.
     

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
     

  • Organize and coordinate internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure seamless follow-through.
     

  • Arrange travel logistics: flights, accommodation, ground transport, and itinerary planning.
     

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
     

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
     

  • Prepare professional documents including reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
     

  • Review and organize operational instruments and related materials for CEO approval.
     

  • Support the CEO with special projects, initiatives, and urgent tasks.
     

  • Track and manage CEO’s expenses and prepare detailed expense reports.
     

  • Provide general office support, including managing key communications.
     

  • Act as liaison between the CEO, board members, and high-level partners.
     

  • Proactively identify and solve issues to ensure smooth executive operations.
     

  • Assist in handling personal or family-related matters of the CEO when required.

Job Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
     

  • Preferred: Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
     

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Burmese.
     

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
     

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant software tools.
     

  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and perform well under pressure.
     

  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or executive environment.
