Answer the phone and Handle the reservation
Assistant to waiter/ waitess to take food and beverage order from Guest in Chinese Language ( if the guest are Chinese)
Able to explain guest about food and beverage product in Chinese Language ( if the guest are Chinese)
Food Menu and drink menu books are clean to be presentable
Making paper work to help department head
Receiving information and report to supervisor or department head.
Help in table setting and linen control.
Take care of cutleries' inventory.
Take care of Purchase and store requisition items.

Job Requirements
Hospitality Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder
3 years experience in service industry
Able to speak Chinese Language and good in English
Good in computer Microsoft Office
Appearance should be presentable
Willing to work in challenge responsibilities.
Good communication with guest and colleagues.
