About Our Company
EMPS was established in 2013 offering International Preschool Classes and Primary Classes, which covered both Government Curriculum and Edexcel International Primary Curriculum. From the beginning, EMPS was recognized as an official exam center for International Primary Curriculum from Pearson Edexcel. In 2019, the qualification was morphed into iPrimary Curriculum that could lead to International GCSE. After seven academic years of growing and gaining trust from parents and students, we have reached nearly 1,000 students. EMPS now has one main campus in Bahan Township and two branches in Insein and Dagon Townships.
Board of Education is comprised of the Executive Director, Founder, the Principal, the Vice-Principal, Head of Schools, and Level Leaders governs the academic and administrative departments of EMPS.
In the preschool branch of EMPS, the International Preschool Curriculum, covering all five areas of learning and using a mixture of the ECCD and Montessori methods, nurtures young children starting from the age of two and a half to five years.
For primary classes, both Myanmar Government Curriculum and Edexcel International Primary Curriculum are taught by well-experienced local teachers. Foreign teachers teach Fluency Classes. In addition, the school offers Co-curricular Activities such as Art, Music (singing and playing instruments), IT, PE, and Sports.
EMPS also encourages students to be mindful of religious routines. Every morning, students need to say prayers and meditate. EMPS seasonally celebrates Waso and Kahtein Robes Offering Ceremonies to Sangha so that students are familiar with Myanmar traditions and customs.
Other festivals include Christmas Function, Funfair, Sports Day, Annual Camps, and Excursions.
As an approved exam centre of iPrimary Curriculum from Pearson Edexcel, EMPS offers school-based tests during the whole academic year and International Progression Tests for higher primary students in every May with the questions from Pearson.
