- Administers the daily operations of a medical clinic staffed by 40 physicians or more, 10 kinds of stuff or more.
- Prepares and monitors budgets, purchases equipment and supplies, oversees maintenance of the facility.
- Responsible for hiring and training office and nursing support staff.
- May be responsible for contracts or negotiations with pharmaceutical providers.

Job Requirements

- Typically requires a medical related bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
- Contributes to the development of processes and procedures of clinic.
- Need to be passionate on work.
-Good personality and attitude , good personal grooming and ability to deal with specialists.
- Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
- Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision(including medical knowledge).
