Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market needs.
● Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to guide decisions.
● Coordinate with sales, medical, regulatory, and supply teams to ensure successful launches.
● Manage product lifecycle plans, promotions, and performance tracking.
● Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
● Build strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and key stakeholders.

● MBBS, Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or a related field.
● Proven experience in product management or pharmaceutical marketing, preferably at manager level.
● Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and healthcare needs.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
● Experience in Yangon market and familiarity with healthcare regulations is an advantage.
