We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager (Pharma) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare, marketing strategy, and driving product success in the pharmaceutical industry.
Job Description;
1. Market research, product survey and analysis for existing and potential products
2. Support marketing and sale team, sales call attached go-to-market plans and new product launches implementations
3. Work closely with marketing and sale team on ensuring alignment of product marketing communication with the defined strategy
4. Product knowledge training to sales teams
5. Provide health education to the public and healthcare awareness campaigns
6. Product Presentation in CMEs and CNEs at Government and Private hospitals
7. In charge of the create designs of medical products brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with KOL doctors.
9. Organize product launching and re-launching events, medical symposium, and conferences.
10. Organize CSR activities Digital Marketing Aspects:
11. Regular check-up and update on company corporate website
12. Create health-related contents & articles on own Social-Media platforms
13. Social-Media Marketing Campaigns for related products
14. Monitor campaigns performance using various metrics and provide relative reporting analysis

Job Requirements;
1. MBBS, Bachelor of Pharmacy (Pharm), Bachelor of Nursing,
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the medical product field.
3. Good at team management skill, leadership skill, communication skill and presentation skill.
4. Able to work under pressure.
