Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in the audit, drafting and negotiation of the principal contract laws and commercial terms during the marketing phase of the project;
2. He is responsible for the planning and formulation of commercial terms at the tendering stage and for making recommendations for legal compliance and risk control;
3. The organization prepares, reviews the text of sub-packages required for the implementation phase of the project and participates in negotiations;
4. To assist in the establishment and improvement of a project contract group management system to ensure the coordination and consistency of contract terms upstream and downstream;
5. Tracking the development of international engineering contract laws and regulations, supporting compliance management and dispute prevention;
6. Complete other related tasks assigned to you by the company and your superiors.

岗位职责：
1. 参与项目营销阶段的主合同法律及商务条款审核、草拟与谈判；
2. 负责投标报价阶段商务条款的策划与拟定，提出法律合规与风险控制建议；
3. 组织编制、审核项目实施阶段所需的对下分包合同文本，并参与谈判；
4. 协助建立和完善项目合同群管理体系，确保上下游合同条款协调一致；
5. 跟踪国际工程合同法律法规动态，支持合规管理与争议预防；
6. 完成公司及上级领导交办的其他相关工作。

Requirements for appointment:
1. Bachelor's and higher degrees in related fields such as law, international trade, engineering management, etc.;
2. Have more than 5 years of commercial / legal work experience in international engineering or large-scale projects, with preference for those with experience in contract management in infrastructure;
3. Familiar with FIDIC condition of contract, capable of reviewing and drafting international contract;
4. Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese, and able to work in English.
5. Priority is given to those who can read and write Burmese;
6. Clear thinking and logical rigor, with strong communication and coordination skills and ability to resist pressure.
7. Accept long-term overseas postings or travel based on project requirements.

任职要求：
1. 法律、国际贸易、工程管理等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 具备5年以上国际工程或大型项目商务/法务工作经验，有基础设施领域合同管理经验者优先；
3. 熟悉FIDIC合同条件，具备国际工程项目合同审阅与起草能力；
4. 中英文沟通与写作能力优秀，能够以英语开展工作；
5. 能读写缅甸语者优先考虑；
6. 思维清晰、逻辑严谨，具备较强的沟通协调能力和抗压能力；
7. 能接受长期驻外或根据项目需要出差。
