An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Making inbound & outbound calls to customers to upsell the business’s products and services.
  • Reviewing customer or client accounts, following up on customers’ needs and requirements on medications.
  • Handling prescription requests and validations in a timely manner given priority
  • Performing order confirmation and payment verification
  • Converting customers to become My-Medicine’s Care Companion Program subscription members.
  • Cold-calling and explaining to customers about various medications and their benefits.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • B.Pharm
  • 2 year experience in related field/Pharmacy/ Hospital field
  • Strong knowledge for pharmacy operations and convenience store operations
  • Calm personality with excellent communication and problem-solving
