Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Content Writer to lead Elevate Education’s content strategy across multiple study abroad programs and initiatives. This role is responsible for producing high-quality, lead-generating content, mentoring junior writers, and collaborating closely with the marketing and video content teams to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality written content based on business demands, including study abroad programs for Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, the UK, and other initiatives such as scholarships and mentorship programs.

• Lead and mentor the content team to ensure timely content delivery and high content quality.

• Support the video content team by developing creative scripts and content concepts for video projects.

• Manage and maintain a well-structured content calendar covering all campaigns and initiatives.

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Conduct thorough research to produce authoritative, engaging, and accurate content.

• Analyze content performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools, providing actionable improvement recommendations.

• Stay updated on content marketing trends, SEO best practices, and digital lead generation strategies

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Flexibility to work after hours if required for major campaigns or deadlines.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional content writing and content strategy experience.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across various content formats: blogs, social media, website content, email marketing, and scripts.

• Proven experience leading and mentoring content teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Burmese and English.

• Familiar with Google Workspace, project management tools, and SEO tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines under pressure.
