ROLE PURPOSE
The content creator’s purpose is to serve as a key visual storyteller for the Yoma Bank brand. This role is responsible for creating compelling, high-quality content from concept to final delivery that educates customers, builds brand trust, and strengthens Yoma Bank’s market presence across digital and social platforms. By producing impactful visual narratives, the content creator directly supports the Marketing and Communications team’s objectives to drive brand engagement, increase awareness, and connect with target audiences in a dynamic and innovative way.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of video and photo production, from concept development to final delivery. The candidate will utilize strong creative, storytelling, and technical expertise to produce high-quality, impactful content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and business objectives across multiple platforms.
Content Ideation & Creative Development
- Collaborate with relevant team members to develop content ideas, storyboards, scripts, and video/photo concepts aligned with campaign and brand objectives.
- Contribute creative direction and fresh ideas for marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, product education, and social media content.
- Stay up to date with digital content trends, emerging video/photo formats, platform algorithms, and audience behaviors to continuously improve content relevance and performance.
Video and Photo Production
- Handle video/photo shooting using tools (DSLR, Osmo, etc.), ensuring strong composition, lighting, framing, and clear audio capture.
- Manage and execute on-site and in-studio video/photo shoots for campaigns, social media, interviews, events, and branded content.
- Plan and prepare shoot requirements, including locations, props, equipment setup, lighting arrangements, and basic shot lists.
Video and Photo Editing & Post-Production
- Edit video/photo content using professional editing software to deliver polished, high-quality final outputs.
- Perform color correction and color grading to maintain visual consistency, mood, and brand identity across all video/photo content.
- Apply sound design, sound mixing, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, and basic animations where required.
- Maintain consistent pacing, storytelling flow, and visual quality across different video/photo formats and platforms.
Marketing & Digital Content Support
- Produce and adapt video/photo content for social media platforms, digital advertising, websites, internal communications, and campaigns.
- Optimize video/photo formats, lengths, ratios, and captions for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Support campaign performance by creating variations and edits tailored to different audience segments and objectives.
- Work closely with team members to ensure video/photo align with campaign timelines, messaging, and KPIs.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Coordinate effectively with marketing, design, content, and communication teams throughout the content creation process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Receive feedback positively, implement revisions efficiently, and continuously improve content quality.
- Maintain organized file management, backups, and version control for all video/photo assets.
