-Ensure strong corporate governance and exceed budget targets though excellence in business management and full P&L ownership
-Foster a high performing organization focused on performance driven culture, talent management, high customer and business objectives. Provides strategic direction to the sales and marketing team to ensure delivery of broad business objectives.
-Play a critical role in ensuring compliance with local and corporate requirements and promoting ethical behaviour & integrity
-Identify and implement business development opportunities in line with marketing business plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share and revenues
-Organize product launches and other national medical and marketing activities. Foster good relationship with the government and KOLs.
-Identify tender opportunities and participate in local tender activities for the company
-Manage all areas of budget and ensure that all available resources and funds are allocated effectively to achieve abjectives
-Act as the principal adminstrator for the company within the country
-Recruits, trains, retains (through motivation and coaching) to develop high quality staff
-Prepare business plans for near future expansions
-Gathers information on market trends and competitor activities to enhance strategic decision making
Coordinates third party operations to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
-Other duties as assigned
