Responsible for the conception, creation and execution of all innovative brand related ideas, converts complex technical and/or business concepts into compelling visuals/graphics.

Directing the creative team in production of digital assets and other deliverables online and in prints
Communicating and creating an overall creative team vision by defining the direction and goals for the group
Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, typography, browser capability standards, and corporate identity
Taking responsibility for the creative philosophy and the standard of output across the agency or department
Adhering to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies

Job Requirements

Any bachelor Degree
Experience—5+ years of Design Agency experience, with a track record in managing designer performance and development
Proficient in designing for online portals, iPad, and mobile-based application
Capable of interfacing with clients and prospects, serving as the lead creative representative and helping to elicit clear direction on projects
Ability to work under pressure to meet agreed deadlines
Good Command of English language and Burmese as native
