  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's business goals and market trends.
  • Define and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and communications.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy to enhance brand storytelling and engage target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, monitor industry trends, and assess competitive landscape.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, customer service, and finance to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to senior leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing brand strategy and marketing initiatives in the Telecom industry or related field.
  • In-depth understanding of the internet service industry, including market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand equity.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and build relationships across the organization.
