An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • To coordinate vendor communication to manage CR(Change Request) and PEW process 
  • Deeply analysis third level report for new service, network optimization/network risk and cross check for operation).
  • To do necessary configuration ,new prefix regarding the CS Core part( Espically Huawei Cloud Core Network Devices ) 
  • To manage failure & inquiry activities to fix the failure with the specific time frame and to respond quickly the inquiry with exact information
  • To manage subscriber information about HLR
  • To cooperate with vedor's third level support team for regular software vesion check/update  on NEs .
  • To check license and capacity usage on each NEs regularly,  daily Network Status and analysing  issues.
  • Review and create SOP developed by Own(Internal) and other .

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Drgree in Technology, IT  (or) Diploma in  Technology , IT  is required
  • Project management skills
  • Planning, administration, and organization skills
  • Integrating Systems
  • English 4 skills (Pre-Inter)
