Lead and manage key Modern Trade and E-Commerce accounts to drive sustainable business growth.
Develop and execute strategic business plans tailored to each key account to achieve sales, revenue, and market share targets.
Strengthen partnerships with key customers through effective negotiations, joint business planning, and performance tracking.
Ensure the successful execution of promotional activities, in-store activations, and e-commerce campaigns in alignment with brand objectives.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely product availability and distribution.
Drive online sales by working closely with e-commerce platforms and retailers to optimize product listings, promotions, and digital marketing strategies.
Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance conversion rates and sales performance.
Work closely with trade marketing, and finance teams to develop and execute customer-specific initiatives.
Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure seamless execution of in-store and online promotions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in customer development, key account management, or sales, preferably in FMCG or beverage industries.
Strong knowledge of Modern Trade and E-Commerce business models and sales strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
Fluency in Burmese and English is preferred.
A valid driving license and driving ability are required.
