  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses on air freight services, rates, schedules, and shipment status.
  • Prepare, review, and process shipping documents in compliance with regulations.
  • Track and monitor shipments, proactively updating customers on status and handling exceptions or delays.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into company systems and maintain proper shipment records.

  • Assist in resolving service issues, claims, and complaints in a professional manner.

  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to support customer requirements.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with airline regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in air freight forwarding
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Team player with proactive attitude
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
    • Able to communicate confidently with international clients, airlines, and overseas agents.
    • Capable of writing professional emails, proposals, and reports in English.
