Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

. Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis in collaboration with HODs to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
  • Prepare and maintain the company’s annual training plan based on performance appraisals and business needs.

2. Training Program Coordination

  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Liaise with external trainers, consultants, and training providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare training schedules, materials, and logistics arrangements.

3. Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Conduct or co-facilitate soft skills, HR-related, and functional skill training sessions when required.
  • Ensure training delivery aligns with adult learning principles and company objectives.

4. Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Collect and analyze post-training evaluation feedback from participants.
  • Track and report training effectiveness, participation rates, and ROI (Return on Investment).
  • Maintain updated training records and employee learning history.

5. Learning & Development System Management

  • Support implementation of digital learning platforms and e-learning systems.
  • Manage training dashboards and prepare monthly L&D reports for management review.

6. Employee Development Support

  • Assist in career development programs, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Promote a learning culture through campaigns, communication, and engagement activities.

Job Requirements

  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills
  • Analytical and reporting ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of learning methodologies and evaluation techniques
  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Training or L&D functions
  • Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry is an advantage
